Children from 7 years upwards have the ability to learn at the same level as adults and most of our classes have a mix of children and adults. 

All our instructors are subject to a CRB (Criminal Records Bureau check) and adopt our Child Protection Policy.

There are a number of these classes:

Mondays: Hillsborough Trinity Methodist Church. Corner of Middlewood Road and Dorothy                        Road Hillsborough 6pm to 7pm

Tuesdays:  Brinsworth Community Hall Brinsworth Lane S60 5BU   5:30pm to 6:30pm

Tuesdays:  EIS Attercliffe.  7:00pm to 8:00pm

Wednesdays:  Fit 4 All Gym Burton Street Hillsborough 6pm to 7pm

Thursdays:  King Ecgberts School Gym Totley Brook Rd Dore 6:00pm to 7:00pm

Fridays:  EIS Attercliffe.  6pm to 7pm
