Lessons for Families

For parents with children 5 to 7 years we have the little Ninjas class for the youngsters on Fridays 6pm to 6:45pm.  This class runs at the same time in the same room as a mixed class of children from 7 years old and Adults.  Parents can train at the same time as their children. 

 

 For parents with children 7 years and above there are a number of other classes available

 

Mondays: Holy Trinity Church Hall, junction of Middlewood Road and Dorothy Road, Hillsborough 6pm to 7pm

Tuesdays:  EIS Attercliffe 7:15 to 8:15pm

Wednesdays: The Burton Street Project, Burton Street Hillsborough 6pm to 7pm  

Wednesdays:  Fitness First Health Club Penistone Road North 7:30pm to 8:30pm

Thursdays:  King Ecgberts School Gym.  Totley Brook Road Dore 6:00pm to 7:00pm

Fridays:  EIS Attercliffe.  6pm to 7pm
